Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT with VAT applicable in France .

• 20% VAT for accessories and fertilizers
• 10% VAT for seeds

When the customer confirms his order, he is considered to have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the order in question and in particular these General Conditions of Sale, the prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the products offered for sale.

PROFESSEUR BULK confirm this order by sending an email to the customer. In the event of an error in entering the e-mail address concerned, or non-receipt of the order confirmation e-mail message, PROFESSEUR BULK cannot be held liable.

1- Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your present order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of payment of the order.

a) Exception for perishable products:

For any order of perishable products, in accordance with article L 121-21-8 4° of the consumer code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. This concerns plants, floral products and certain food products, which, by their perishable nature, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Seeds being living products and therefore perishable, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the product has been shipped.

Any request for cancellation and refund must be made before shipping.

b) Non-perishable products:

2- Modalities for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw for this order (excluding perishable products) by means of an unambiguous declaration by post or e-mail. For a return of non-perishable products (which must be in good condition), our Customer Relations department will respond to you as soon as possible and will specify the steps to follow as well as the return address for the products.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

You must return the product no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this order. The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to a refund of the sums paid during the order as soon as possible and at the most later than 14 days from the date on which you exercised this right. Only the price of the products and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remaining at your expense. We will process the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction. This refund will not incur any costs for you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product. It is however specified, in the event of total or partial payment by gift vouchers, that these cannot be reimbursed either in cash, by check or by bank card. Reimbursement of purchases made by gift vouchers will be made exclusively in the form of gift vouchers for an amount identical to that paid in this form.

PROFESSEUR BULK undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered within the deadlines indicated when confirming the order. The products sold on the site can only be delivered in the following countries: Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Andorra and Monaco and in the countries of the European Union. Products can also be delivered overseas (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, New Caledonia and French Polynesia).

The shipping packaging designed by PROFESSEUR BULK ensures that the seeds are well preserved during shipping.

However, a seed being alive, its ability to germinate depends on many factors, the most important of which is certainly the sowing method applied by the customer. It is therefore not possible to guarantee that the seeds sown will germinate nor to replace ungerminated seeds.

PROFESSEUR BULK can not be held responsible if the germination of the seeds is not successful if you do not respect the cultivation process specific to each variety.

PROFESSEUR BULK only use your personal data for the ordering and shipping process. At the end of this, the personal data is not kept.

If one of the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is found to be null, illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale will remain in force.
The General Conditions of Sale are executed and interpreted in accordance with French law.
